This virtual workshop will help you understand how your mind, thoughts, and emotions are connected. You will gain clarity on why you follow certain patterns (positive or negative) and how those patterns play such a vital role throughout your life until you become aware to change them.
- Understanding the mind (the conscious, the subconscious, and the critical filter)
- Knowing the importance of the critical filter mind and how to cleanse it
- Learning how to be aware of your thoughts, to make positive shifts in life
- Meditating to relieve heavy emotions
- Understanding how affirmations work, and can help rewire your subconscious mind
Who is it for?
This event is for anyone who has a tendency to think the worst first, assume things in their own head and blame others for suffering and misery. Anyone who is truly willing to change themselves and experience a major positive shift in life is welcome to attend the class.
What will I get out of it?
Free yourself from negative thought patterns, conditionings, and beliefs. Once you understand yourself better, you will be able to understand why things are not working for you and learn to be in awareness, so that you can change the pattern.
Do I need to prepare or bring anything?
You’ll want to sit in a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed during the session and cleansing meditation. Have a journal and pen with you to take notes and affirmations which will be provided at the end of the session.
