This session combines mindfulness techniques with a focus on healthy eating habits and physical activity to help individuals who want to manage their weight. 

The class includes a guided meditation and breathing exercises to reduce stress and increase self-awareness, as well as lessons on mindful eating and the importance of physical exercise. 

The goal of the class is to provide participants with a holistic approach to understanding body weight issues, combining mental, emotional, and physical wellness practices to help them achieve their goals in a loving, sustainable, and healthy way.

This meditation is for anyone who would like to align with their weight management goals and maintain healthy body weight.
